Certification and Documentation
Documentation requests are handled against the specific product, supplier, production partner, test scope, and validity period. A standard name alone does not show that YIDI Apparel, a selected factory, or every product has the requested documented status.
What We Confirm Per Project
Before presenting evidence to a buyer, we confirm the document holder, covered facility or product, report number where applicable, issue and expiry dates, material scope, and whether the requested claim can be supported for the planned order.
Standards and Testing Context
OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 evidence is subject to the individual project, selected material supplier, article scope, and validity requirements. OEKO-TEX describes STANDARD 100 as a label for textiles tested for harmful substances, from yarn to finished product.
GRS, RCS, or RWS evidence is subject to the individual project, material supplier, certification scope, and validity requirements. Textile Exchange owns and develops these standards and describes its chain-of-custody system as documentation across supply-chain stages.
GOTS documentation is subject to the individual project, partner factory, product scope, and validity requirements. Global Standard describes GOTS as requirements for organic textiles that apply across the supply chain.
BSCI audit documentation is subject to the individual project, partner factory, audit scope, and validity requirements. amfori states that BSCI audit ratings are based on auditor-assessed evidence in performance areas.
SGS test reports are subject to the individual project, selected material supplier, test scope, and validity requirements. A test report is not treated as a general documented status.
