Quality control starts with the approved project specification. YIDI Apparel coordinates checkpoints with the qualified partner production team so the buyer can review the sample, measurements, construction details, trims, labeling, packing requirements, and any agreed inspection criteria before shipment planning.
Inspection Stages
- Review the approved sample and specification before bulk planning.
- Confirm materials, colors, trims, labels, and packing instructions against the project record.
- Review in-process questions and agreed checkpoints with the production partner.
- Complete final inspection against the approved specification before shipping handoff.
Final QC Responsibility
YIDI coordinates final quality-control review against the buyer-approved project specification. Any inspection scope, tolerance, sampling method, third-party check, or corrective-action request is confirmed for the individual project rather than assumed as a universal standard.
